WWE WrestleMania 33: 10 Things That Won't Happen

5. WWE Vindicating Fan Apathy Towards Roman Reigns

WWE haven't shown any indication of lessons learned when it comes to the divisive Roman Reigns; repeatedly mis-cast as a superhero-like babyface even in the face of fan furore, the once super-cool Shield member has morphed into a second helping of John Cena's awkward relationship with many adult fans.

Reigns will have his supporters inside the Camping World Stadium, but the fact he's up against the cherished Undertaker - a symbol of fan affection like few others - means the 'Big Dog' has no chance of gaining acceptance at 'Mania.

The question is: will WWE vindicate such fan apathy towards Reigns by granting Undertaker the win?

Right now, there's nothing to suggest they will; it's unlikely 'Taker will stick around post-WrestleMania, and that means Roman will be the one to get his hand raised. Perhaps a heel turn is on the cards too, something that would at least allow Reigns to soak up the boos without being forced to feign ignorance towards them.
