4. WWE Cruiserweight Title: Buddy Murphy (c) Vs. Tony Nese

Result: Nese puts Murphy away with the Running Knee to win the title (10:40).

Rating: A totally solid - if familiar - way to kick things off, with both men working hard to get the crowd buzzing despite the match's early start time.

Nese's title win was a nice surprise right out of the gate, even if there's a fair argument that Murphy's run perhaps shouldn't have ended quite yet.

If it means a main roster move for Murphy, though, it'd be well worth it, and Nese was most certainly deserving.

Both men definitely could've sold the desperation more, especially if they had a few more minutes to work with, but as a frantic title sprint it delivered the expected goods. 7/10
