WWE WrestleMania 37: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

5. WWE Book A Stip-Free ‘Fiend’

Nobody needs to see Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' in a regular singles match ever again.

It just doesn't work. Last year's Super ShowDown effort with Bill Goldberg was a shambles (not only because it lacked a gimmick, to be fair), and it's silly to think he'd follow rules when Randy Orton set him on fire. Their feud deserves better than count outs, rope breaks and that sort of thing.

WWE have been keeping quiet about this one. It does seem like they expect people to care about The 'Fiend' vs. Orton in a straight up one-on-one match, which is preposterous in the extreme. Again, one guy set another ablaze around four months ago, so they kinda' need to peak at WrestleMania rather than go backwards.

Unfortunately, the pay-per-view is mere days away and there's no sign of a special stipulation or gimmicky match type. A melted 'Fiend' ambling around the place as a referee barks for him to listen doesn't exactly sound 'Mania-worthy for a character like this.
