WWE WrestleMania 39: 20 Things That Must Happen

14. Miscommunication Helps Damage CTRL

Damage CTRL were, somewhat tragically, seeking some damage control of their own mere months into their run together as a trio. Things have settled down into 2023, at least, but most expect them to stare at the lights for the Trish Stratus, Lita and Becky Lynch group at WrestleMania.

They shouldn't.

If anything, Bayley's faction should capitalise on some miscommunication on the babyface side and come away with a momentum-boosting win. WWE's end goal is to get to Trish vs. Becky anyway, and that's why those two (literally) butting heads and causing Lita to shake her own noggin sounds like a winning idea.

Bayley taking advantage and pinning Becky would add more fuel to the fire when it comes to a babyface breakup too. It would not sit well with Lynch if she was embarrassed by one of her biggest enemies on the grand stage, and it'd be even less tolerable if Stratus was partly responsible.
