Cesaro did a stunning job of selling Roman's attacks on his arm during the headliner. He was definitely working the injury, but close-ups of his limbs towards the finish did show some bleeding and bruising. Yes, this was a display of top selling, but there was some reality mixed in there too.

The face's arm was in quite the state by the end of the match.
