Would somebody please give Chad Gable a WrestleMania moment he can be proud of?!

The Alpha Academy leader spoke from the heart on Corey Graves' WWE-produced 'After The Bell' podcast. There, Gable dispensed with the usual kayfabe-rich format to explain how "debilitating" it's been to miss out on 'Mania magic every year. He's never actually had that one supercard match he can hang his hat on.

That's something the current Raw Tag-Team Champion hopes to put right at WrestleMania 38 this April. He's hopeful that Vince McMahon will see enough value in his entertaining pairing with Otis, keep them in the title picture and give them a featured match on the main card.

It'd be heartbreaking for him to miss out on that yet again.

Gable was promoted from NXT to WWE's main roster in July 2016 - that means 'Mania 38 will be the sixth supercard he's eligible for. To date, he has appeared in three pre-show Battle Royals and...that's it. He's yet to enjoy a main card pay-per-view match at WrestleMania.

Maybe 2022 will be the technician's year? He certainly deserves it after years of hard graft.
