WWE's 10 Greatest Managers of All Time

3. Paul Heyman

"Ladies and Gentleman, my client..." has been heard countless times, especially the last few years, by former ECW owner Paul Heyman. He has pretty much done everything in the wrestling business. He has been an owner, a commentator, and manager. Not only has he done it all, but he has done everything well. As a manager he has notably taken top tier stars and elevated them to even higher ground. If Paul Heyman is on your side, there is an excellent chance that you will become a champion. In 2002, Heyman would introduce Brock Lesnar, who was catapulted into the spotlight and became the WWE Undisputed Heavyweight Champion within a year of his debut. Heyman, who is perhaps not the most ethical manager of all time, turned on Brock and helped The Big Show win the title. It happens, sometimes a manager will spontaneously switch sides and manage another superstar, but Paul would do one better. After The Big Show lost the belt to Kurt Angle, it turned out that Paul Heyman was on Kurt Angle's side the entire time. Other noted accomplishments are managing CM Punk during part of his historic 434 day title reign as WWE champion, and being the man in Brock Lesnar's corner when he shockingly pinned The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX to beat his 21-0 undefeated streak. With Paul Heyman being such a key part in so many moments in recent WWE history, it is undeniable that he is one of the greatest managers of all time.
