20. Spike Dudley & Molly Holly

Spike Dudley and Molly Holly's relationship was akin to that of a wrestling version of Romeo & Juliet, as their attraction developed during a heated feud between Molly's cousins Crash & Hardcore Holly and Spike's brothers Bubba Ray & D-Von. Both families were far from supportive of the blossoming relationship as the fans quickly got behind the adorable duo, especially after Spike put himself on a table in the vain hope that it would keep his brothers from Powerbombing his girlfriend through it. Unfortunately, the Dudley Boyz didn't care that Spike was in the way and promptly dropped Molly onto Spike, sending them both through the table! Their first kiss garnered a huge positive reaction and Nora Greenwald (the former Molly Holly) has openly mentioned that her storyline with Spike was the "best time of career." This couple demonstrated that even during the Attitude Era, the then-WWF was capable of writing a healthy, clean, and interesting relationship. Sadly, the two weren't together that long. A few months later, Molly joined the ECW/WCW Alliance out of nowhere to join up as The Hurricane's sidekick Mighty Molly.
