Two stables go their separate ways.

The first portion of WWE's roster split, which took place on Smackdown Live, saw the dissolution of The Club when AJ Styles was drafted to Smackdown and Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows were claimed by Raw.

During the second half of the draft, which aired on the WWE Network immediately following Smackdown, two more units suffered the same fate: The Wyatt Family and The Social Outcasts.

Bray Wyatt was drafted to Smackdown with the blue brand's fifth selection, but the status of his loyal sheep remained unacknowledged on television. On the network special, though, it was revealed that Raw had selected Braun Strowman, while Erick Rowan will be part of Smackdown. Potentially, Rowan and Wyatt can keep up their association (and add Luke Harper when he returns from injury), but Strowman is now on his own.

The Social Outcasts were also split up when Bo Dallas was drafted individually to Raw. That set the group members at each other's throats in a backstage interview, and even when Axel was subsequently sent to Raw as well, the implication was that the group was done.

The supplemental broadcast ended with Heath Slater - the only WWE superstar not drafted - angrily talking to himself in the locker room as the lights were turned off.
