Another option would be an actual match between the two come the PPV, with the added benefit that the Rumble match itself would have a greater sense of unpredictability without Roman. This match would arise from good ol' masculine pride, with Triple H furious that Roman had dared to put his hands on him. Against Steph's wishes, he could challenge Reigns to a match at the Rumble - preferably with some sort of exciting stipulation. A street fight would make the most sense, harking back to the Game's 2000 encounter with Mick Foley at the same event. Here's the caveat: Roman Reigns would need to destroy Triple H for this match to work, and not in a smiling Cena-esque manner. There would need to be a degree of mercilessness about the Samoan, allowing him to go on and ditch the enforced goofiness that has blighted his persona for over a year now.
