18. Chris Jericho Defeats Triple H For The WWF Title

On the April 17th 2000 Raw, the unthinkable happened, when Chris Jericho pinned Triple H for the WWF Title. Nobody saw it coming, as Hunter was the biggest star in the business at the time and engaged in a super hot feud with The Rock. The upset finish went down with Jericho hitting the spinning heel kick and lionsault for the pin. But Earl Hebner had allegedly made a fast count, after being shoved by Hunter earlier in the proceedings. As a consequence, Hebner was forced into reversing the decision, and the new champion had to come back out and relinquish the belt. Officially, the title change never happened, but fans will never forget that pop when it looked like the real deal for a brief window of time.
