5 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE Monday Night Raw (24 November - Results & Review)

DOWNS…

6. A Sad Development

WWE Raw Penta
WWE

Injuries are part of wrestling, but that never makes them any less disappointing and frustrating when they happen.

For Penta, his injury just moments into his match against Solo Sikoa could not have come at a worse time. He very likely was going to advance in The Last Time Is Now Tournament to face Gunther next week, which would have been an intriguing matchup. He is set to reunite with his brother Rey Fenix in AAA next month. And in general, Penta has been a consistently pushed talent on Raw since his debut in January.

But a couple of minutes into their match on Monday night, Penta hit a hurricanrana off the barricade on Solo, but crashed his shoulder into the mat. Raw went to commercial, and when it came back, the referee immediately called for the bell to end the contest.

Here’s hoping for the best for Penta.
