One half of one of the greatest tag teams of all time, The Hart Foundation. Jim, along with Bret 'The Hitman' Hart, dominated the tag team division in the 1980s. However, when Bret was elevated to one of the leading men in the company, Jim was left in the dust and forced to fight for his WWE career. The Hart Foundation split up numerous times and wrestled singles house show matches as the powers that be in WWE toyed with the idea of pushing both men on their own. While Bret would go after the Intercontinental Championship, Jim was reduced to taking on the likes of Greg Valentine, Dino Bravo, The Warlord, The Barbarian and Haku in matches that led to absolutely nothing. However, they would keep getting back together again, sometimes with Owen stepping in and creating 'The New Foundation', right up until March 1992 when Neidhart was released from his WWF contract.
