'Oh baby, you look so good to me'. That was the beginning of Billy and Chuck's incredibly annoying entrance music. The assumption was that they were singing to/about themselves. The assumption was also that it was supposed to be ironic. Because Billy and Chuck looked absolutely awful. Bright red/yellow trunks, matching headbands and bleached blonde hair do not a good look make. Both guys were in tremendous shape, sure, but their appearance was anachronistic and just plain awful. Enter Rico. Rico was called up from OVW to act as Billy and Chuck's 'stylist'. The joke was that Rico, with his over-the-top sideburns and tiger print suit, lacked even less style than the team he was supposed to be managing. Rico would manage to outdo himself in 2003 when he was repackaged as a modern day Adrian Street character, completely with make-up, glitter and some very questionable sets of tights.
