I'm jumping to conclusions here, but that fan brought this sign to RAW last night out of sheer surprise. Nothing else. This is because Big Show showed up on RAW a couple of weeks ago as a good guy without any explanation. After a year or more of being a heel - and a big one at that - he was taking selfies with children in the crowd. WTF! Why can't you keep us informed, WWE?
