6. Victor Crowley
The hulking great villain of Adam Green's slasher series didn't have an easy lot in life. Cursed by voodoo magic before he was even born, the disfigured mutant killed his mother upon exit from her womb, leaving daddy (Kane Hodder, who also plays Victor) to bring him up alone.
Years later, local bullies, trying to catch a glimpse of the elusive freak, burn his cabin down with him still inside. Dad tries to break the door down, but young Victor Crowley catches a hatchet to the face and is apparently killed.
After dad dies of a broken heart, Victor Crowley re-emerges once again to stalk the swamp night after night, sequel after sequel, in increasingly gory fashion.
