7. Black Hole Grenade

A grenade may not sound like a particularly potent weapon in the scope of the MCU, but this is no ordinary grenade. When they attack Asgard in Thor: The Dark World, the Dark Elves hurl a number of these devices at the local guards, and upon detonation, they create a temporary black hole in which the victim and anything in the immediate vicinity is sucked, being obliterated immediately.

Because blowing someone into meaty chunks apparently isn't effective enough anymore (and remember, this is a PG-13 movie), this adds literally another dimension to combat, In one amusing scene, a wounded Loki managed to attach one of the grenades to Malekith's lieutenant Kurse without him knowing, resulting in him being suddenly wiped out of existence.

Who knows whether or not these weapons will show up again in the MCU, but they're a damn effective way to completely annihilate an undesirable, that's for sure...
