10 Actors Who Play Themselves In Every Movie

3. Cameron Diaz

While Cameron Diaz has flirted with quite a few different genres - romantic comedy (There's Something About Mary), thriller (The Box), and action film (Charlie's Angels) - she has that unmistakable screen presence that we can only assume is reflective of her actual, true personality. She's loud, out-there, fun, likeable, and of course, very, very blonde; even when she's playing it edgy like in Bad Teacher, she's still unmistakably playing herself, though this is one instance where we can't really find room to complain about that. Sure, we'd love to see her branch out a bit, taking on more roles like her near-unrecognisable turn in Being John Malkovich, but she's a much more likeable presence than most of her contemporaries - we're looking at you, Katherine Heigl - and so, we can't knock her too much. Watch one interview with Diaz and you'll see how her it is her natural demeanour that just spills into the roles she picks.
