10 Movie Franchises With Recurring Easter Eggs

9. Disney Movies Referencing Each Other

Disney has made a lot of movies. In other news the sky is blue, humans breath oxygen, and Into The Spiderverse is amazing. So with such an extensive library of movies, it's only natural that they would want to reference each other as little easter eggs.

This is more of a thing in more modern Disney movies, but they have definitely made up for lost time. In Zootopia, you can find two elephants dressed up as Elsa and Anna from Frozen. In Frozen itself, Rapunzel and Eugene Fitsherbert straight up walk past Anna during one of the songs.

In pretty much every Disney movie that stars a dog, there will most likely be cameos from other Disney dogs such as Lady and the Tramp showing up in 101 Dalmations and Oliver and Company.

Finally the King and the Grand Duke from Cinderella can be seen in the background of The Little Mermaid. There are tons of other examples we can list, but we would literally be here all day if we even tried. Disney really loves referencing itself whenever it can, and it would be annoyingly arrogant if it wasn't so entertaining.
