20 Worst Movies Of 2014

16. The Other Woman

Rotten Tomatoes: 24% Unfortunately, 2014 was the year that Cameron Diaz decided to show how unfunny she could be: as well as stinking the place up with Jason Segel in Sex Tape, the actress also played one of the triumvirate of scorned women in Nick Cassavetes' nasty comedy. The film is cliched, unfunny and offensive and manages, rather spectacularly to portray both men and women in dangerous terms. Women are vapid, conniving and silly, and men are lascivious, lecherous and evil incarnate. Nobody - least of all the four main actors involved - emerges in particularly good light. Sample Review:
"My advice to guys? Step away from the vehicle, because "The Other Woman" is out of control and intent on running down a certain kind of male." Betsy Sharkey, LA Times
