4. Totally Pointless Shower Sex

The film's first trailer had fans questioning the inclusion of a shower sex scene between Ricks and Upworth, which resulted in Ricks getting annihilated by a xenomorph, showering blood over Upworth before it then turned its attention towards her.

The end product basically confirms that this was included for trailer purposes only, to make the movie seem a bit more "sexy" and maybe lure in the mid-teen crowd, because it adds nothing to the story or characters to have the scene take place with the principals in the nude.

There's nothing in the film that feels more like a slasher movie than this scene, and certainly not in this negative sense of the word.
