Avengers: Infinity War - Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

36. Ned

Despite the pre-production news circuit suggesting that a number of Peter Parker's schoolmates would be returning for Infinity War, it's only really Ned that appears and even then it's a barely notable part.

When the big donut ship comes to New York and Peter needs to go and get his Spidey on, he asks Ned to cause a distraction to let him get away, only for him to legitimately lose his mind at the alien craft. It's a nice little gag but that's where it ends, really.

35. M'Baku

As soon as he was announced as being involved in Infinity War, it was fairly obvious that M'Baku would be joining the big fight in Wakanda, where there'd be little opportunity for character development in any real terms.

Unsurprisingly, that's exactly how his part in the film goes: it's great to see him and he gets some good fight action, but beyond that he doesn't really get a lot to do so it's hard to feel particularly strongly about his presence.
