Status: Unconfirmed

As Peter's on the school-bus in the trailer, it's fairly safe to assume that we're going to see some of his classmates on there with him. We already know of a couple, so the idea of MJ NOT being there would be a little odd.

There's no point expecting much from her - and there's not going to be any sign of the romance that blossomed VERY briefly at the end of Homecoming, but she'll be in, and so will...

71. & 70. Ned (Jacob Batalon) & Flash (Tony Revolori)

Status: Unconfirmed

They aren't confirmed, but again, there's no way we'd see some of the "lesser" schoolmates of Peter and not see his best friend and his arch-nemesis as well.

69. & 68. Sally Avril (Isabella Amara) & Cindy Moon (Tiffany Espensen)

Status: Confirmed

Also parts of the mathletes team, Cindy Moon and Sally Avril have both been at least partly confirmed - Tiffany Espensen's Cindy by IMDB and Isabella Amara's Sally by herself to BlackFilm.com:

“Yes. I’m in Spider-Man: Homecoming & Avengers: Infinity War. They are filming both Infinity Wars back to back but I’m only in the first one.”

67. Mr Harrington (Martin Starr)

Status: Unconfirmed

It might be a sligtly more left-field choice, but it would make sense that we'd see one of Peter's teachers on the school bus with him. There has to be a scene where Peter rushes away from the safety of the bus and towards the alien spaceship to the dismay of his classmates and whatever adult is in charge, and it would fit that it would be put upon teacher Mr Harrington who has to witness that.
