Who would have thought that the theme tune of a DC movie would be used to advertise a Marvel project? But that's definitely John Williams' classic Superman theme playing as Wade tries to change into his costume and save the day.

The whole idea of the short is based on a parody of Superman's iconic quick-change scene from the comics, as well as an inverted take on the extended (and very silly) opening of Superman III...

That's obviously where the idea of Deadpool just casually wandering past a criminal scene unfolding comes from, with the gag being his inability to change into his costume as quickly as Superman. Obviously, the butt smushed against the booth's glass is pure Deadpool.
