Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - 12 Stupidest Moments In The Dumbest Jurassic Park Movie Ever

7. The Annoying Millennial Characters

Because the Jurassic Park movies are trying to appeal to as wide an audience as possible, of course the new film features two stereotypical millennial characters who work for Claire's Dinosaur Protection Group and are, well, about as annoying as you'd expect.

First off, there's techie Franklin Webb (Justice Smith), a jittery nerd who spends almost his entire screen time talking about how scary the island is...when he's not busy screaming and screeching. He's so obnoxious you might even start rooting for the dinos to eat him.

Then there's DPG veterinarian Dr. Zia Rodriguez (Daniella Pineda), who while certainly less grating than Webb, is thinly written as little more than a cartoonish example of an outspoken, confident feminist. She's smart, she's sassy, and she won't take no s*** from the grotesque men around her.

At best, these characters fade into the background and are quickly forgotten, but most everything that comes out of their mouths is worthy of an eye-roll. Just...no.
