8 Bold Predictions For Nintendo At E3 2016

Sony and Microsoft's days are numbered.

It's no secret that Nintendo has hit a bit of rough patch recently. Despite the Wii U being home to some legitimately fantastic titles like Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2 and Super Mario 3D World, the console is undeniably a commercial failure, and it seems like game development has largely wound down. This disappointment reached its peak at least year's 2015 E3 conference, as very little of worth for the console was actually announced, and barely anything new. It became clear that Nintendo was shifting its focus towards the future, and now it seems that future is finally just around the corner. Having very few Wii U games in development and an increasing number of NX rumours, E3 2016 is the Big N's chance to prove to fans and investors that it's got plenty of awesome stuff in store, whether that's a few last Wii U surprises or an incredible new console and launch line-up coming very soon. From the good to the bad to the downright awesome, here are eight massive Nintendo E3 predictions for 2016.
