FIFA 15 Ratings: 10 Criminally Underrated Superstars

9. Daniel Sturridge (84?)

Again, we don't know Daniel Sturridge's player rating in FIFA 15 for a certainty because somehow the Liverpool striker has been omitted from the game's top 50, despite the fact he was the second-highest goalscorer in the Premier League last season. A recent leak suggests he's on 84, which puts him level with Giorgio Chiellini in 50th place but keeps him out of the elite category. Which is an absolute disgrace quite frankly considering Sturridge was the second best player in England in 2013-14. If he does indeed have an overall rating of 84, that means his score has only been increased by one point by EA from last year, and it's unfathomable that the publishers would reach the decision that he's worthy of only a glacial boost. His 21 goals in the league last season were bettered only by former teammate Luis Suarez, who makes the game's top 10, while Sturridge was named in the PFA Team of the Year and was twice-voted Premier League Player of the Month throughout the campaign, and also made the shortlist for the PFA Player of the Year award. Sturridge became only the second player in Premier League history to score in eight games in a row last term, after netting a brace against Swansea City back in February while at one point his run of form saw him plunder four goals in three games, earning a reputation as one of the league's most dangerous forwards. Unfortunately he will be significantly LESS dangerous in FIFA 15.
