Mortal Kombat: Ranking All 7 Female Ninjas From Worst To Best

2. Mileena

Mortal Kombat
NetherRealm Studios

There's no denying that Mileena is extremely popular amongst the Mortal Kombat fanbase. Her design has evolved over the years since her inception in MK II: she's as beautiful as she is deadly, but luckily she has proven to be more than just a clone with fanservice qualities.

Her half-Tarkatan, half-Edenian genetics makes her a ferocious opponent. Speedy, acrobatic and wild, and an expert on the sai, Mileena is able to deliver substantial damage when dishing out her moves.

Alongside her “sister” Kitana, Shao Kahn's daughter has been part of almost every entry in the franchise to the point that even non-MK fans would be familiar with her. By the latest instalment, she has shown fierceness and cunning which translates well to her variations (and goodness, her X-Ray move is brutal). Mileena may have received a grisly end in Story Mode, but honestly, any potential sequels in the franchise wouldn't be the same without her.

Even if she were to not make an appearance, which is incredibly unlikely, Mileena's popularity would still endure.
