Arsenal: 5 Reasons Gunners Will Get Back On Track Against Villa

5. Wenger vs Lambert

Arsene-Wenger Regardless of the current views on Arsene Wenger, his infuence on English football is without question and his standing as a club manager is second to none. Until the start of this season Paul Lambert's light as an emerging manager of note also shone brightly. So what exactly has gone wrong? The honest truth is probably the few things that these two men cannot legitimately control; boadrooms & finance, luck and the quality of the opposition. Both men are clearly under pressure but how will this effect Saturday's game? At the end of the day the true ability of any manger is to be able to instill exactly what he wants from his players when everything else is working against them. In other words to keep his head when all others are losing theirs. In this instance my confidence still sits with Wenger. If ever I needed a manager to look after the best interests of my club and to get results when needed then I still wouldn't look to far from Arsene.
