4. Ousmane Dembele (Barcelona)
As if being linked with one phenomenal young prospect wasn't enough, Liverpool have also reportedly been in discussions with Barcelona regarding Dembele's future.
The 21-year-old was a part of France's squad as they won the World Cup this summer, but struggled at the Nou Camp during the preceding season, making 23 appearances and scoring only four goals in all competitions.
Furthermore, the arrival of Malcom from Bordeaux may well push Dembele further down the Barca pecking order, who could let Dembele leave on a permanent basis in order to balance their books.
Arsenal are favourites for the Frenchman's signature but Liverpool have made moves for him for the past two summers and seem to be more willing to splash the cash compared to their North London counterparts. When Jurgen Klopp was asked about the potential of a move in May, he replied:-
"Is Dembele on the market? Then I'm interested."
