It's almost that time of year again. This Sunday sees the Premier League season coming to a close and it will be as exciting as ever. The title race is still an ongoing thing as we head in to the final day with Liverpool and Manchester City vying for the honour of being Premier League champions. City are the current favourites but they can't afford to slip up against West Ham, as a loss to the Hammers and a Liverpool victory against Newcastle United will see the Reds crowned as the champions. The climax of the Premier League season sees us entering "silly season" - players, managers and teams being linked with each other left, right and centre - and one team who always seem to be the focus of an abundance of rumours is Tottenham Hotspur. Before the season has even finished - let alone before the transfer window opens in August - Spurs are already being linked with a large number of signings and departures. Last summer saw the sale of Gareth Bale in a world record deal, and the sale of a number of other players, followed by an influx of seven signings that haven't really worked out.
