That's Alexis Smirnoff on the left alongside Hall Of Famer and former WWWF Champion Ivan Koloff. Together, they held several tag-team titles. The real-life Canadian died on 5 January, and he left behind a fruitful 18-year career that included close to 100 matches in the WWF.

All of those came between 1983-1986.
