When Sunny was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2011, many fans said it would only be a matter of time before Sable was given the same treatment. That hasn't happened yet, but she's definitely as deserving as Sunny. Both women were responsible for changing the way female talent were perceived in the promotion throughout the 1990's. The likes of Trish Stratus and Lita have been inducted during previous ceremonies. They were worthy entrants for sure, but it's fair to say that Sable paved the way for both during her initial spell in the then-WWF. Eclipsing her ex-husband Marc Mero's popularity, the woman became a star all by herself. The three-time Playboy covergirl was one of the most over acts in the company during its hottest ever period. Legal problems with Vince McMahon did threaten to undermine her work (she sued WWE for sexual harassment in 1999), but she had a later spell with the company between 2003-2004 and seemed to leave on good terms. Today, Sable is married to Brock Lesnar. Obviously, the man is one of WWE's current top stars, so there's no obstacle standing in her way for induction into the 2016 WWE Hall Of Fame. The main issue may be with exactly who inducts her, but someone like Nikki Bella would be able to talk about the hard work Sable did to change how women are used in wrestling. Failing that, WWE may wish to enlist someone like Jerry 'The King' Lawler to talk about her career. The reasons should be obvious to any Attitude Era fans...
