1. Big Show

Edge's injury wasn't going to stop Chris Jericho from taking the tag team division to new heights, but in the absence of The Rated R-Superstar, he needed a new partner. Rumours ran rampant as to who would replace Edge in Jericho's match with The Legacy at Night of Champions 2009, and everyone from Christian to Chris Masters was speculated.

Thus, when it was ultimately revealed to be Big Show, fans were initially underwhelmed, but little did they know it would be for the best. Jericho and Show had a delightful dynamic together with the former Y2J talking trash to their opponents only for Show to come in and do the heavy lifting.

They even mixed it up with the illustrious likes of John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Rey Mysterio and The Undertaker from time to time, so the tag titles were prominently featured during their reign as champs.

The Legacy, Cryme Tyme and MVP and Mark Henry all fell to the conquering JeriShow, and they were also able to defend their titles in the main event of a pay-per-view at TLC, which hadn't been done in years. Jericho has gone on record in saying The World's Largest Athlete was the best teammate he ever had, and it isn't hard to see why; they helped bring tag team wrestling back to prominence if only for a few months and appeared to be having a blast while doing it.
