Ranking Every WWE SmackDown Stage From Worst To Best

3. Alternate Ruthless Aggression Design

Throughout the later years of the Ruthless Aggression era, there were a number of occasions that Raw and SmackDown ended up being taped closely together. As a result, WWE's production team wasn't able to fully swap out the red brand's staging design for the blue brand's.

Instead, they simply maintained Raw's parallelogram-shaped TitanTron screen, as well as its sharply-designed accompaniments on either side, while replacing its entrance area with the lower half of the SmackDown set.

The eclectic mix was rather jarring at first glance, but once you got used it, it was easy to see that the two designs merged rather well, as certain pieces of Raw's set complemented the shattered glass look of SmackDown's. Looking back at it, this unusual design could have easily worked as SmackDown's permanent stage.
