Batista will be returning to WWE on the January 20th Raw. It has been almost 4 years since "The Animal" has been in a WWE ring, and no doubt wrestling fans are anxious to see the six-time World Champion back in action. The question is, who will The Animal be facing when he makes his return? This article will look at seven opponents that Batista should face when he comes back to World Wrestling Entertainment. Some are familiar foes, some are new faces, but all of these potential opponents would make for great matches.
7. The Undertaker
Batista and The Undertaker arguably stole the show at Wrestlemania 23, which is saying something, because the highest bought pay-per view of all time was loaded with Cena/Michaels, an all star-filled Money in the Bank match, and the Battle of the Billionaires between Vince McMahon and Donald Trump. Yet despite their placement in the middle of the card, or perhaps out of spite that they were placed there, Batista and The Undertaker tore the joint down, treating Ford Field to an exhilarating power match that Taker ultimately won with the Tombstone. The two gladiators followed this up with a series of tremendous matches in 2007, culminating with a viscous Hell in a Cell at that year's Survivor Series. There's no reason to think Batista and The Undertaker couldn't put on one more classic if given the chance.
