6. John Cena
John Cena and Batista have a chemistry in the ring that is off the charts. These two superstars--the biggest in the Brand Extension era--lived in separate worlds for three years in the aftermath of their big title wins at Wrestlemania 21. Batista was the main man on Smackdown, and John Cena was the top star on Raw. When these men finally met at Summerslam 2008, the anticipation was high, but the match more than delivered. At one point in the contest, Cena went for a top rope legdrop, but Batista countered into a vicious Batista Bomb that flattened Cena and put him on the shelf for several months with a neck injury. The two superstars tangled again at Wrestlemania 26, and though the match was again excellent, this time it was the build up that blew everyone away, as Batista, fed up with the baby-kissing and handshaking company man that John Cena had become, turned his back on his fans and stated that his true motivation was making money, and not pleasing crowds. The chemistry these two showed whenever they sparred in the ring or on the mic has left fans clamouring for one more match.
