4. Zatanna
When Doctor Light broke into the Justice League Watchtower, he learned the secret identity of every member of the team. If Light publicly revealed the identity of any hero, it could jeopardise the life of all of their loved ones. Realising that they couldn't just lock Light in jail, the League left his fate to a vote. In the end, they decided that the team's magician, Zatanna, should use her sorcery to make Light forget their identities.
When Batman walked in as Zatanna performed the spell, he went berserk, saying Zatanna was no better than a supervillain since she was basically lobotomising Light. Panicked, Zatanna froze Batman in place and erased his memory of the event.
When Batman learned what Zatanna did to him years later, he felt utterly violated. When he learned most of the League agreed with her decision, he abandoned the team and built a satellite called Brother Eye to spy on them.
When the League became paranoid that Zatanna may wipe their memories in the future, the team realised they could no longer trust each other and thus, disbanded.
