5. Otto Octavius And Aunt May
When Doc Ock managed to successfully swap bodies with Spider-Man, it became clear a lot of things would change. Our actual web-slinging hero appeared to have died in the Doctor's old body, and thus a new, entirely morally bankrupted Spidey was now front and centre for the Superior Spider-Man series.
However, there is one change that the comic gently glosses over: the matter of Aunt May. Because, obviously, Aunt May is Peter's biological auntie - or even his mother, if you take the scandalous shenanigans of Trouble to be true.
Which makes Otto now being in Peter's body super gross, as he had tried to marry May back in the old-school Spider-Man comics - with a later addition explicitly showing that the two had a premarital bone down before their soon-to-be-cancelled wedding.
Mercifully, Octavius appears to have put his hankering for a slice of gray fox behind him after his time spent being her nephew. That said, it may also be because since then he's died, been brought back as a clone of himself and somehow Spider-Man, and then finally made a deal with the devil to get his body back.
In short, he's maybe had better things to do than deal with his romantic fever, that only a silver seductress can cure.
