The Rick Grimes Saga may be over, but Kirkman's Walking Dead universe was unlikely to stay dormant for long. The comic book series is more restrained than its TV counterpart when it comes to spin-offs, but now that the main story has finished? All bets are off.

Enter Clementine, the young star of Telltale's Walking Dead video games - a series of point and click adventures set in Kirkman's universe, and even utilizing some of the same characters.

After much fan demand and some teasing from Kirkman himself, young Clementine finally made her comic book debut in the pages of the anthology book, Skybound X.

Clementine's comic book debut is slight (second-billed to the ridiculous alternate Rick Grimes re-imagining, Rick Grimes 3000), but of great importance, and a tantalizing taste of things to come. "If you want to know what to expect in Skybound's next ten years," the book's blurb enthuses, "it all starts here."
