10 Underappreciated Marvel Superheroes Who Deserve Their Own Movies

7. She-Hulk

Introduced in Savage She-Hulk #1 in 1980, Jennifer Walters was a lawyer, and insecure cousin of legendary Avenger, Bruce Banner, before being transformed into She-Hulk following a vicious assault which left her barely clinging to life. Transformed, Jennifer was given a new confidence in herself, apprehending her attackers singlehandedly and continuing her career as a prosecutor in NYC before eventually joining the Avengers herself.

That said, introducing the character could prove challenging, though not impossible. Jennifer Walters’ standing as a prosecutor is arguably the best solution – introducing the character in a courtroom environment – the Avengers relying on Jennifer for their legal representation perhaps. Her origins aren’t especially interesting, however the character is easily recognisable, perhaps serving as a gateway between the Netflix television universe and MCU.
