10. Earth 13 The Dark World
Lucky number 13! This Earth is magic based with an occult version of the Justice League called The League of Shadows led by none other than Superdeamon: a hybrid of Superman and Etrigan, a rhyming demon created by comic book legend Jack Kirby. Other members include Hellblazer, Annataz, Witchboy, Swamp-man, Fate, Ragman, Deadman and Enchantress. This world is in a permanent magical twilight, having 13 hour days and 13 months in a year. With original, bad-ass character designs by Jae Lee, Earth 13 is ripe with storytelling possibilities. Making a brief, 5-page appearance in the last issue of Multiversity, The Dark World concept left us craving more.
Since childhood, Bryant has been an avid fan of superheroes, and he has been reading comic books since 2006. His full name is "George Bryant Lucas"; however, after enduring countless Darth Vader jokes, he has chosen to go by his middle name. Born and raised in the United States, Bryant is currently living with his lovely wife in the country side of Wiltshire County, UK. Bryant does suffer from a mild case of dyslexia; misspellings and homonyms are to be expected on occasion.
