After his family fall victim to a battle between good and evil Frank Castle is offered the opportunity to punish those responsible. He wastes no time in his quest by using sonics to incapacitate both Spider-Man and Venom before riddling Eddie Brock with bullets and blowing Peter Parker's brains out.

He then follows this up by executing Bruce Banner in his human form and taking a very large hammer to Doctor Doom, but he saves his true Picasso moment for the X-Men and the Alliance of Acolytes and Evil Mutants.

Convincing both sides that they should meet on the moon for one final epic battle it suddenly dawns on them that maybe they've been played, as neither side actually issued the challenge. Unfortunately for them this thought comes too late as within seconds castle activates a nuclear warhead that vaporises the lot.

No more Magneto, no more Apocalypse, no more Storm or Jean Grey. In one fell swoop Frank Castle performs a truly magnificent move as well as the worst thing he will ever do - all in the name of revenge.
