Comps: Bardem/ Iñárritu DVD Bundle - Amores Perros, Rudo Y Cursi & Vicky Cristina Barcelona

I was there for the first press screening of Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's Biutiful in Cannes, wow, eight months ago now, and whilst I had a few problems with the movie itself, the lead performance from Javier Bardem was out of this world. Gripping, multi-layered and immensely watchable... I was particularly pleased to see him win a Best Actor nom this week, a rare feat for a European actor leading a foreign-language film and whilst he won't beat the career best turn of Colin Firth in The King's Speech, it must almost feel like a win just to be nominated. Biutiful, starring Javier Bardem and directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu is released on 28th January and to celebrate a Bardem/ Iñárritu DVD bundle (consisting of Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Amores Perros and Rudo Y Cursi), to give away. Read on to find out how... Biutiful is a love story between a father and his children. This is the journey of Uxbal, a conflicted man who struggles to reconcile fatherhood, love, spirituality, crime, guilt and mortality amidst the dangerous underworld of modern Barcelona. His livelihood is earned out of bounds; his sacrifices for his children know no bounds. Like life itself, this is a circular tale that ends where it begins. As fate encircles him and thresholds are crossed, a dim, redemptive road brightens, illuminating the inheritances bestowed from father to child, and the paternal guiding hand that navigates life€™s corridors, whether bright, bad €“ or biutiful. To win, just answer this question: Javier Bardem won the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his performance in which Coen Brothers film?
a) No Country For Old Men b) Razing Arizona c) Fargo
