Based on Shusaku Endo’s 1966 award-winning novel, SILENCE joins Scorsese with many recent and long-time collaborators, including Academy Award Nominated® Director of Photography Rodrigo Prieto (The Wolf of Wall Street), three-time Academy Award® winning production designer Dante Ferretti (Hugo), three-time Oscar winning editor Thelma Schoonmaker (The Wolf of Wall Street), executive music producer Robbie Roberston (The Wolf of Wall Street), and casting director Ellen Lewis (The Wolf of Wall Street). Kim Allen Kluge and Kathryn Kluge are the composers for the film.
