10 2017 Horror Movies To Sate Your Bloodlust Until Halloween

If you're in the mood for something a little more out there, A Cure For Wellness might be more your speed. The story focuses on a young executive named Lockhart who investigates a wellness centre in the Swiss Alps, only to be subjected to nightmarish hallucinations that blur the lines between fantasy and reality.

Directed by Gore Verbinski, this is his first directorial effort since the ill-fated The Lone Ranger, and marks a return to the horror genre for the director - his first since 2002's The Ring.

The film is out now, and while not exactly a critical darling, there are some critics already earmarking this as a cult classic due to its obscure story, rewatchability and trippy visuals. No matter your opinion of the film, it's likely to contain some bold, abstract imagery to chew on at the very least, so if you're a fan of psychological horror you should probably check this out.
