7. "It's Like Looking In A Mirror. Only Not" - Face/Off
Face/Off is a movie starring Nicholas Cage and John Travolta, with the twist people that - yes - they switch bodies. When their characters finally come together, their own faces plastered on one another's bodies, Travolta (who has a certain talent for awful line deliveries) unveils the magical "It's like looking in a mirror. Only not." Of course, the entire screenplay for Face/Off isn't exactly Dickens, but why did the writers feel the need to add that little bit on the end of the line? "Only not"? Wouldn't it have made more sense to just say the first part, given that Travolta's character had already said it was "like looking in a mirror," and not exactly like looking in a mirror. Apparently not.
