6. Bijou Phillips
Why, oh, why has Bijou Phillips not become more than what she is? I know that's a very oddly worded question, but I mean, really? She plays coked up whores and idiot slut teens and all of them face ridiculous circumstances. Sometimes she gets through it, sometimes she doesn't. I think she's died the same amount of times that she's lived on screen. You could watch any movie she's in and become completely obsessed with what her character is doing. Screw everyone else; they're not important. Bijou Phillips is important. There is no denying that she has a presence on screen that overshadows just about everyone else she's with. She is so natural in front of the camera. I think if someone gave her speech lessons so she could learn to speak without that nasal or completely stoned quality, people would take her seriously and she would be landing bigger and better roles, rather than settling for being the best friend with a bad heart.
