10 Actors That Are Actually Decent Musicians

9. Robert Pattinson

When you talk about the teen heartthrobs of the past 20 years, Robert Pattinson has certainly had the most eclectic filmography out of them all. I mean, you don't get to see the likes of Daniel Radcliffe or Zac Efron getting offers to be Batman while also starring in something like the Lighthouse as much these days, do you? Comparisons aside, Pattinson has actually carved out his own niche ever since he started to gain traction.

Even as far back as the early Twilight movies, Pattinson was already flexing his singing chops on the soundtrack, where he also performed different piano segments to set the tone. As much as something like this might have looked like a gimmicky thing to appease the tabloids, his touch in terms of rock instrumentation is also fairly strange when you look into it.

Though it would make sense for Pattinson to go down the roads of something like punk rock, he has actually served as a guest on different projects from Death Grips. Starting with the Money Store, Pattinson has always shouted his praise for this industrial hip hop outfit, even appearing on the song Birds from the album Government Plates. While his take on Batman is sure to be a bold new reinvention of a classic, it's nice to know that he at least has some chops to fall back on.
