Michelle Pfeiffer hasn't made a memorable movie for a long time, and even when she's turned up in something the part has usually been kind of underwhelming.

Which is what makes her unexpected 2017 comeback all the more brilliant.

Pfeiffer, of course, was one of the biggest actresses of her era, having appeared in classics such as Scarface, The Witches of Eastwick, and even Hairspray. She'll also join Kenneth Branagh for the latest adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express, which casts Pfeiffer in the role of Mrs. Caroline Hubbard, a suspect in the case.
